Victoria Schmidt

Victoria Schmidt holds a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology, specializing in law and legal systems, alongside a Bachelor’s in Legal Studies and a minor in Criminal Justice. With ten years of experience in the mental health field, including three years in management, Victoria has worked in various roles, beginning as a therapist and supporting clients across various age groups, from teenagers to the elderly; to, overseeing an entire practice of more than 80 clinicians and day to day operations. She also brings quality assurance experience to her work, ensuring high standards in program delivery.
In addition to her mental health background, Victoria has worked in marketing, showcasing her versatility and adaptability in different environments. Her journey led her to become a Regional Clinical Program Director, where she played a vital role in senior management, overseeing multiple ongoing programs simultaneously.

As a member of the National Honor Society, Victoria is recognized for her academic excellence and commitment to leadership. She is also a proud mother to an exceptional 12-year-old daughter, balancing her professional and personal life with grace. Known for her exceptional multitasking, active listening, and strong focus on innovative solutions, Victoria is fun to be around and open to new ideas. She actively attends networking events and is passionate about helping everyone succeed. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering, further demonstrating her commitment to making a positive impact in her community and her field.
